Rahall Enterprises, LLC, is an organization specializing in student housing at The Ohio State University.

Because of our size, we make it a point to work very closely with our renters in order to make the renting experience as easy and relaxing as possible.

We work closely with professionals in a number of different fields to keep our apartments looking and operating great.  And because as a renter you will always speak directly with the owners, this allows us to deliver fast turn around times for most maintenance issues.  

In addition to housing, the links section contains some useful websites that can assist you in many different areas, from getting renters insurance, searching for additional apartments and keeping up on the latest events here on campus.

The 2012 / 2013 rental season is upon us and we are currently scheduling showings and taking applications for the Fall of 2012. We have (2) 4 bedroom units available, each located on W. Maynard Avenue just north of the OSU business school. We also have (1) 5 bedroom unit still available on East 13th Avenue, located between High Street and Fourth Street.
